1. Scope

This policy covers the marketing site at alaznah.com, including Contact, this Privacy Policy, and Terms. It also covers messages you send us about the product.

@alaznah/calling in your app is governed by the package license and docs. Call media, tokens, and user identities in your product stay in your stack unless a separate product agreement says otherwise.

2. What we collect

You send us

Name, email, company or project, and the content of your message — including logs or screenshots you attach. The contact form emails that to our support inbox so we can reply.

The site collects

• IP address and coarse location from IP
• Browser, device, and pages viewed
• Theme preference stored locally in your browser

We do not use the marketing site to record your end users’ calls. Incoming, voice, video, and PiP in the SDK run inside the app you ship.

3. How we use it

• Run and improve this website
• Answer SDK, UI, and partnership questions
• Keep the site secure and diagnose errors
• Notify you about a coming-soon feature if you asked us to
• Meet legal obligations

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Hosts, email, and analytics providers who work for us
• Advisors when we need legal or accounting help
• Authorities when the law requires it
• A buyer if Alaznah is acquired, with appropriate protections

5. Retention & security

We keep contact mail only as long as we need it to help you or meet the law. We use reasonable safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or object to certain processing. Use the Contact page. We may need to verify who you are.

This site is not directed at children under 13. If a child contacted us, tell us and we will delete that information.
