Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and Alaznah. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The site

alaznah.com describes voice, video, incoming, and Picture-in-Picture UI that ships in @alaznah/calling. Copy, screenshots, and coming-soon pages are informational. They are not a promise of dates, pricing, or uptime unless a signed order says so.

3. The SDK

Installing and using the packages is governed by:

• The license with the package (LICENSE)
• Docs at docs.alaznah.com
• Any customer agreement you sign with Alaznah

If those conflict with these website Terms for software use, the license or signed agreement wins for that use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Break the law or try to break the site
• Scrape in a way that harms the service
• Pretend to be Alaznah or someone else
• Use our marks without permission
• Send malware or spam through our channels

We may block access if you do.

5. Intellectual property

Alaznah, the wordmark, this site’s design, and our copy belong to Alaznah or its licensors. Open-source pieces follow their own licenses. Feedback you send may be used without paying you.

Third-party sites we link to (docs, GitHub, npm) have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. What the SDK does is defined by the published package and docs — not by marketing summaries alone.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Alaznah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site, and total liability for website claims will not exceed US $100. Some places do not allow those limits; there, we limit liability as far as the law permits.

You will cover Alaznah for claims that come from your misuse of the site or a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Keep using the site after an update means you accept the new Terms where the law allows.

Questions: use the Contact page. Governing law is the jurisdiction where Alaznah principally operates, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
